Sometimes, moments don’t show up if:

They are not clear

They are in the wrong category

They break the rules of our app

Make sure your moment shows what you're doing right now and looks nice and clear. Check our Community Rules if you're not sure.

Please don’t post blurry photos, dark screens, walls, floors, trees, or anything random that doesn’t show what you're doing. Also, no rude signs or actions — it can get your account paused!

Try sharing different moments every day! Don’t post the same thing again and again. Show fun or new things you’re doing — it helps more people see your profile and even earn rewards in the app!

To get your money (withdrawal) smoothly:

Keep your profile public

Use your real name and real photo

Don’t use fake names or someone else’s picture

Add your own bank account, not someone else’s

This helps us know it’s really you!

Usually, it takes 5 to 7 working days (not counting Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). If it takes a little longer, it might just need 2 more days, so don’t worry! Make sure your profile info is correct — wrong info can slow things down.

To stay safe and not get blocked:

Reaching fun goals of streak called milestones

The more active you are, the more coins you can win!

When you invite a real friend using your special link:

You get 20 coins

Your friend gets 20 coins too!

But your friend has to:

Sign up

Get their account verified

Share a real moment
