If something's not working, start here.

Quick fixes by issue

OTP not arriving

1. Wait a full 60 seconds before tapping Resend.
2. Check that your phone has signal.
3. Look in your Spam SMS folder.
4. Tap Change and confirm your phone number is correct.
5. If it still doesn't arrive after 2 resends, try again in 30 minutes.

'Get OTP' button stays grey

1. Make sure you've entered all 10 digits of your number.
2. The first digit must be 6, 7, 8, or 9.
3. Make sure the Terms of Use checkbox is ticked.

Username is taken or invalid

1. Try variations: add numbers (@harsh_07), a period, or a word.
2. Make sure your username starts with a letter, not a number or symbol.
3. It must be 3 to 20 characters, letters/numbers/underscores/periods only.

Profile picture rejected (red 'Align Your Face')

1. Move into good lighting — try a window with daylight.
2. Take off sunglasses, masks, or hats covering your face.
3. Center your face inside the circle.
4. Make sure it's just you in the frame, not a group.

Camera or Gallery permission denied

1. Open your phone's Settings.
2. Find and tap Currently.
3. Turn on Camera and Photos.
4. Reopen the app and try again.

Stuck on a screen / app freezes

1. Force close the app and reopen it.
2. Make sure you have the latest version from the Play Store or App Store.
3. Restart your phone.
4. If it still doesn't work, contact support (see below).
