Open the Wallet
- From the Rewards screen, tap Wallet in the 6-icon nav.
- The Wallet screen has two top tabs: Product / Withdraw.
- Switch between them to see different views.
The 4 stat cards

Coins History — the full transaction list
Below the stat cards, Coins History lists every coin movement, newest first.
Example wallet entries:

Status badges in the wallet

| Received (green) | Coins are in your wallet, available to spend or withdraw |
| Pending (yellow) | Coins are queued, waiting for confirmation |
| Delivered (green) | Physical product / gift card was successfully delivered |
| Rejected (red) | Withdrawal or order rejected — coins refunded if applicable |
| Cancelled (gray) | Order or withdrawal was cancelled — coins refunded |
| Penalty (red) | Coins were deducted as a penalty (no refund) |
Calendar tabs (Feb / Jan / Dec…)
At the top of the Coins History, month tabs let you scroll through past months. Tap Feb / Jan / Dec / Nov / Oct / Sep to filter the list to that month's transactions.
The detail breakdowns
Tapping a stat card (Self earned, Spent, By Friends, Pending) opens a focused view:
Self earned breakdown
Shows: +4000 total earned, with daily/weekly/monthly tabs and per-action breakdown:
- Daily coins
- Joining Bonus
- 7-days streak: 1000
- 15-days streak: 750
- 30-days streak: 500
Earned via Friends breakdown
Shows: +2000 total from friends. Avatars at top showing per-friend totals (e.g., Yash 1000, Aarya 800, Rahul 200, Jay 200, Jay 50). Tap a friend to see their per-friend breakdown.
Spent breakdown
Shows: -2200 total spent. Itemized list of every spent transaction (products, gift cards, withdrawals). Tap any to see order detail.
Pending via Friends
Shows: 100 Pending. List of friends whose first moments haven't been approved yet. Tap to nudge them or check status.
FAQs — Wallet
Q. Why doesn't my Pending coins ever convert to Received?
Pending typically resolves within 24 hours. If a friend's first moment is approved, their referral coins move from Pending → Received. If their moment is rejected, the entry switches to Rejected and Pending decreases. If stuck for days, support can investigate.
Q. Why are my Self earned and Spent stats not adding up to my balance?
Your balance = Self earned + By Friends - Spent - Penalties. The 4 stat cards show separate categories, so a quick mental check: balance should = (green totals) − (red totals).
Q. Can I export my wallet history?
Right now, there's no export feature. Take screenshots if you need a record. We may add CSV export in future updates.
Q. Why does the same friend appear twice in my Earned via Friends?
Each entry is a separate event — e.g., Jay's 200 was their signup bonus, the 50 was a streak multiplier. Both come from the same friend, different rewards.
Q. Can I see which moment caused a Penalty?
Tap the Penalty entry. The detail shows the related moment / activity that triggered it, with a note like Moment was incorrect, please post moments as per our guidelines.
