How tasks work

Tasks are short, in-app actions that introduce you to Currently's features. They're grouped into 5 levels, each with 8 tasks. Complete all 8 in a level, and you get a Level Up bonus plus the next level unlocks.

Open the Tasks screen

1. From the Rewards screen, tap the Task icon in the 6-icon nav.
2. The Tasks screen opens, showing your current level.

What you'll see

• Level badge at the top (e.g., 1, 2, 3 with a gold trophy).
• {X}/8 Task Completed counter.
• Progress dots in a row — green for done, gray for pending.
• Complete & Collect Bonus 40 CTA — when all 8 are done, tap to claim.
• 8 tasks listed below — each tappable.

The 8 tasks at Level 1

Multi-step tasks (with screenshot proof)

Some tasks need proof — usually a screenshot. Example: Give Rating on Playstore:

1. Tap the task to open it.
2. Step 1: Tap Go to playstore — opens Currently's Play Store listing.
3. Rate Currently 5 stars and submit a review.
4. Take a screenshot of your submitted review.
5. Return to Currently.
6. Step 2: Tap Upload Screenshot — pick the screenshot from your gallery.
7. Tap Submit.
8. Currently reviews the screenshot. Once verified, the task is marked complete and coins are credited.

Other tasks with screenshot proof include: Share Moment (on Instagram Story), Follow Currently (on Instagram), and similar share-based tasks.

Why screenshots? Currently can't auto-detect actions on other apps (Play Store, Insta). Screenshots are the simplest way to prove you actually completed the task — they're reviewed manually or via image checks.

Other Level 1 + Level 2 tasks (a few examples)

• Write Bio on Profile — add a bio in your profile settings.
• Update Social Link (any one) — connect Instagram, X, etc.
• Read a Moment with Location — view someone's moment from a tagged place.
• Total Reach — get a certain number of moment views.
• Build Streak — hit a streak milestone (e.g., 7 days).
• Invite a Friend to Join & Activate — at least one friend completes signup + first moment.

Completing a level

When all 8 tasks at your current level are done, the Complete & Collect Bonus button activates. Tap it. A celebration screen appears: You've completed Level 1! Claim 20 Coins. Tap Claim — the bonus coins are credited, and you advance to Level 2.

After Level 5 — the final state

Once you complete all 5 levels, you'll see: Congratulations! You've completed 5 levels. A new level is coming soon — stay tuned!. New levels are added periodically as Currently expands the system.

FAQs — Tasks and levels

Q. How long do I have to complete a level?

There's no time limit. Take as long as you want — but the longer you wait, the longer your friends are racing ahead.

Q. Can I skip a task?

No — each task in a level is required. If a task isn't applicable to you (e.g., you don't want to enable contact sync), you can leave it incomplete and skip claiming the level bonus. The level just stays open.

Q. My screenshot was rejected. What now?

Common reasons: the screenshot is unclear, doesn't show the action you took, or shows a different account. Re-take the screenshot showing your action clearly and re-upload.

Q. If I delete a moment after posting it for a task, do I lose the credit?

Yes — Currently re-validates tasks. If a moment that completed a task is deleted, the task may revert to incomplete. Keep moments up at least until your level is finalized.

Q. Do tasks repeat across levels?

Some core tasks repeat with higher targets (e.g., Level 1 "Follow 5 Users", Level 2 "Follow 25 Users"). Others are level-specific.

Q. Is there a level 6?

Right now, there are 5 levels. After completing all 5, a "Coming Soon" message appears. New levels will be announced when added.
