My Orders

Tracking your orders and redeeming coupon codes.

Open My Orders

  1. From the Store, tap My Orders in the top-right.
  2. All your orders show in a list, newest first.

What each order shows

  • Brand / Product image (small thumbnail).
  • Name (e.g., JBL Gift Card ₹100, Currently T-shirt).
  • Coin amount paid (e.g., 1000 coins).
  • Status badge — Pending, Confirmed, Shipped, Delivered, Withdraw to Bank (cash withdrawals show here too).
  • Order ID — used for support queries.
  • Date of order.

Tapping an order

Opens the order detail page showing:

  • Product image (full-size).
  • Order number (e.g., Order No. #SBJY76O9).
  • Date (e.g., 16 Dec 2023).
  • How to Redeem — expandable section with step-by-step.
  • Terms & Conditions — expandable.
  • Get Coupon Now button (for digital gift cards).

Getting your gift card code

  1. Open the order from My Orders.
  2. Tap Get Coupon Now at the bottom.
  3. Your unique coupon code displays — usually a long alphanumeric string.
  4. Tap Copy to copy it to your clipboard.
  5. Open the brand's app/website.
  6. Paste the code at checkout.

Save your coupon code somewhere. Once you've redeemed the coupon code on the brand's site, the code can't be re-used. Save it (screenshot, copy to notes) before redeeming, in case you need to reference it later.

Tracking physical orders

For physical products like the Currently Hoodie:

  • Pending — order placed, awaiting confirmation.
  • Confirmed — order accepted, awaiting shipment.
  • Shipped — package on the way (tracking number in order detail).
  • Delivered — successfully delivered.

Each status update sends a push notification. Tap the notification to jump to the order.

Sharing your order excitement

After receiving an order (especially Currently merch), some users like to share. There's a sharing option from the order detail that says: Don't break my Currently. Currently friends are waiting for you — opens a system share sheet to invite your friends to join.

FAQs — My Orders

Q. My order is stuck on Pending. What's happening?

Pending usually means we're verifying the order. It moves to Confirmed within 24 hours. If it's stuck for more than 48 hours, contact support@currently.club with the Order ID.

Q. My gift card status says "Withdraw to Bank" — that's wrong, right?

My Orders shows all transactions — products, gift cards, AND cash withdrawals. So Withdraw to Bank orders are actual cash withdrawals. Gift cards show with the brand status flow.

Q. Can I delete an order from My Orders?

Orders can't be deleted — they're permanent records. Even cancelled orders stay in your history for reference.

Q. My delivered Currently T-shirt is the wrong size. Can I exchange?

Contact support at support@currently.club with your Order ID and a photo of the size tag. We'll arrange an exchange if available, or refund coins.

Q. Why does the T-shirt order say "Pending" but the JBL gift card delivered instantly?

Physical products (T-shirt, Hoodie) need to be shipped from a warehouse — Pending → Confirmed → Shipped → Delivered. Digital gift cards generate the coupon code immediately upon purchase.
