How withdrawal works
Currently lets you convert coins into actual rupees, sent to your UPI account or bank account. The system uses the standard 10:1 conversion rate with a minimum balance requirement.
10 COINS = ₹1 RUPEE. 500 coins minimum to withdraw. Below 500, the Convert button is disabled. The math is simple: divide your coins by 10 to get the rupee amount.

FAQs — Converting coins
Q. Why is the Convert button gray?
Most likely your balance is below 500 coins. Earn more (post moments, invite friends) and the button activates.
Q. Can I withdraw partial coins (e.g., just 500 of my 1500)?
Yes — when you initiate a withdrawal, you can specify the amount. The flow lets you pick any amount from 500 up to your full balance.
Q. Why does the rate stay 10:1? Can it ever be better?
The 10:1 rate is fixed and won't get worse. We don't currently offer bonus conversion rates, but special promotions may give bonus coins (effectively making your purchases cheaper).
Q. If I withdraw 500 coins, do I get exactly ₹50?
Yes — 500 coins ÷ 10 = ₹50 exactly. No fees deducted (Currently absorbs payment processing costs).
Q. What if I have 537 coins — can I withdraw all of them?
You can withdraw 500 or 530 (in multiples of 10 since ₹1 = 10 coins). 537 won't work as it's not a clean rupee amount. Withdraw 530, leaving 7 coins for next time.
Q. Can I cancel a withdrawal in progress?
Once you tap Yes, Withdraw Now, the request is in processing. To cancel, contact support immediately — but if it's already verified by your bank, it can't be reversed.
