CURRENTLY GAME WITHDRAWAL POLICY

At Currently, we strive to ensure a smooth and transparent withdrawal process for our users. This policy outlines the terms and conditions related to withdrawing rewards from the Currently Game.

  1. 1. Eligibility for Withdrawal

    • Users must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold 500, which is displayed in the rewards section of the app.
    • Withdrawals are available only to users with verified accounts, which may require mobile number, or identity verification like real profile picture of government document.
    • Some rewards or in-game currencies may be non-withdrawable and can only be used within the app.
    • If your account is private, you won't be able to withdraw the coins — If your account is public, then you can do it.
    • If all your moments are the same, you will get a penalty.
    • If all your moments have the same activity badge, you will get a penalty.
    • If a user has deleted moments due to guideline violations, a penalty may be applied during the withdrawal process.
    • Multiple bank accounts have been detected. You will not be able to make a withdrawal.
  2. Nominees or users who repeatedly post the same moments every day, or share identical posts with each other on a daily basis, may be considered as using fake accounts. Only genuine, real-time moments should be shared.

    Users can withdraw their eligible earnings using the following methods:

    • Bank Transfer: Users can withdraw directly to their linked bank account the Bank Account details must match with User’s First & Last Name, Once Withdrawal request is placed, user can not modify their First Name & Last Name.
    • Gift Vouchers:Users may choose to redeem their earnings as vouchers for various brands or services.
    • Buy Products: Users can buy products using Currently Coins.

  4. 3. Processing Time

    • Withdrawals are processed within 5-7 Working Business days, Saturday & Sunday will not counted in this days.
    • Delays may occur due to bank holidays, verification processes, or system maintenance.
    • Buy Products: Users can buy products using Currently Coins.
    • Users will receive a notification once their withdrawal request has been processed.

  5. 4. Identity & Verification Process

    • To prevent fraud, Currently reserves the right to verify user identity before processing withdrawals.
    • Users may be required to submit documents such as PAN card, or bank details for verification to comply with Government Laws.
    • If a user fails to provide valid documents or engages in suspicious activity, the withdrawal request may be denied.

  6. 5. Fees & Charges

    • Only in the case of Bank Withdrawal, Currently charges a withdrawal fee of 10%.
    • Any applicable fees will be displayed before confirming the withdrawal request.
    • Users are responsible for any taxes applicable to their withdrawals.
    • If the profile is private, the moment is private, and the moment is for close friends, you will not be allowed to withdraw money.

  7. 6. Fraud Prevention & Fair Usage Policy

    • Multiple accounts, fake referrals, or any fraudulent moments will lead to withdrawal cancellation and account suspension of monetary panelty.
    • If any withdrawal is flagged for suspicious activity, it may be held for manual review, and users may be asked to provide additional information.
    • Currently reserves the right to reverse, cancel, or hold withdrawals if fraudulent activity is suspected.
