Tracking who you've invited to Currently and who's actually joined.
The three referral-related tabs
Within your profile's Friends tab, three sub-tabs help you track invites:

| Invite | People from your phone contacts who don't use Currently yet. You can invite them with the green + button. |
| Joined | People you invited who have actually joined. They show with a message button — perfect time to reach out. |
| Receive | Pending follow requests sent to you. Accept or decline with ✓ / X. |
Invite tab
- Open your profile → Friends → Invite tab.
- You'll see a list of contacts not yet on Currently.
- Tap the
+button next to a name. - Currently opens an SMS / WhatsApp share sheet with a pre-filled message including your referral link.
- Send.
Earn 100 coins per invite. Each contact who joins Currently using your invite earns 100 coins for them and 100 coins for you (worth ₹10 each). The more friends you bring in, the more coins.
Joined tab
Once a contact you invited actually creates an account, they move from Invite to Joined.
- Each row shows their avatar, name, handle, bio
- Tap the message icon to send them a welcome message
- This is a great list to mine for first conversations — they may not know anyone else on Currently yet
Receive tab
Anyone who's sent you a follow request that's still pending (only relevant for private accounts). Approve with ✓ or decline with X.
FAQs — Invites
Q. Why is my Invite tab empty?
A. Either you haven't given Currently access to your contacts (go to Settings → Privacy → Contacts), or all your contacts are already on Currently.
Q. Can I invite someone who's not in my contacts?
A. Yes — share your Cntly.me link directly via WhatsApp, Insta, or any other channel. They'll be prompted to install Currently.
Q. Why didn't my invite count toward my coins?
A. Coins are awarded only when a friend installs Currently and uses your specific referral link. If they joined via someone else's link or independently, your invite doesn't count.
Q. How long does it take for a friend to show in my Joined tab?
A. Usually within a few minutes after they sign up. If they joined hours ago and aren't there, pull-to-refresh.
Q. Can I send a bulk message to everyone in my Joined tab?
A. Not directly — but you can quickly tap the message icon on each one and send the same message. Or create a group chat with all of them at once.
