Withdrawal states and rejections

Pending, Successful, Cancelled, Rejected, Penalty — what each state means.

After you tap Withdraw

Your withdrawal moves through several states. Here's what each one means and what to do.

State 1 — Hold tight! (Verifying)

Hold tight! We're verifying your withdrawal request. Order ID: #SBJY76O9. Withdrawal: 800 Your Coin Balance. Reward: ₹80 Real Money. Coin Exchange Rate: 10 Coins = ₹1 Rupee.

This is the first state right after you confirm. Currently is checking your moments, account, and rule compliance. Usually takes a few minutes to a few hours.

State 2 — Pending

The withdrawal moved past initial verification and is queued for the bank/UPI transfer. Usually completes within 24 hours.

State 3 — Successfully (the happy path)

Successfully — Withdrawal Successful. Order ID: #{N}; 800 = ₹80.

The money's in your bank/UPI! Check your bank app to confirm. The Wallet shows the Withdraw to Bank entry as Received in green.

State 4 — Withdrawal Cancelled

Two scenarios:

a) You cancelled it

Quickly tapped Withdraw, then changed your mind. If still in Hold tight! stage, support can usually cancel and refund.

b) Currently cancelled it

Withdrawal Cancelled. Your request is cancelled. Coins refunded to your wallet. Complete Rule #5 requirements by updating your profile to withdraw coins.

Currently cancels withdrawals when account requirements aren't met. Common reasons:

  • Profile incomplete — missing photo, bio, social link.
  • Rule #5 not met — usually about minimum activity (post X moments, follow Y users).
  • Account flagged for spam or fraud.

Coins are refunded to your wallet — you don't lose them. Tap Reset All Rules & Guidelines to see what to fix.

State 5 — Withdrawal Rejected

Withdrawal Rejected. Order ID: #SBJY76O9. Please wait, we process and approve your request. 800 = ₹80. Coin Exchange Rate: 10 Coins = ₹1 Rupee.

The withdrawal was reviewed and denied. Common reasons:

  • Account looks fake or duplicate — verification flagged it.
  • Bank/UPI mismatch with profile name.
  • Rule violations (excessive spam, content guideline issues).
  • Pattern of suspicious activity.

Rejected ≠ coin loss. Even when rejected, coins are usually refunded to your wallet (so you don't lose them — you just couldn't cash out this time). Penalties (next state) are when coins are actually deducted.

State 6 — Penalty

The most serious state. Currently doesn't just reject — it deducts coins as a penalty for violations:

Penalty. Order ID: #SBJY76O9. Coins deducted from your wallet for violation. -200 Penalty.

Penalties are issued for serious violations:

  • Multiple fake referrals detected.
  • Account fraud (impersonation, multiple accounts).
  • Repeated content guideline violations after warnings.
  • Trying to game the system (bot-like behavior, fake follows).

Always play fair. Currently rewards genuine activity. The penalty system catches users trying to cheat. If you've been honest, you'll never see this state. If you have, the deducted coins are non-refundable.

Where to see all your withdrawal states

Go to Wallet → Coins History. Each withdrawal shows:

  • Withdraw to Bank -200 (Rejected)Order ID: 894/57820 — Moment was incorrect, please post moments as per our guidelines.
  • Withdraw to Bank -200 (Pending)
  • Profile Penalty -200 (Penalty)

FAQs — Withdrawal states

Q. Why was my first withdrawal rejected?

First-time withdrawals get extra scrutiny. Usually it's: profile incomplete, recent moment not approved, or face verification didn't match. Check the rejection reason in the Wallet entry.

Q. How do I appeal a rejection?

Contact support at support@currently.club with the Order ID and explain. Provide additional verification (selfie, ID if asked) and we'll review.

Q. If my withdrawal was cancelled, do I lose anything?

No — cancelled withdrawals refund coins back to your wallet immediately. You can re-attempt once the issue is fixed (e.g., complete your profile).

Q. How long until "Hold tight!" becomes "Successfully"?

Usually a few hours to 24 hours. The bank's processing time and our verification both contribute. Most clear within 24 hours.

Q. My withdrawal is stuck on Pending for 48 hours. What now?

That's longer than typical. Contact support immediately with the Order ID. Banks occasionally have delays, but 48+ hours warrants a check.

Q. Why did I get a Profile Penalty of -200?

This means Currently detected an account violation — usually multiple bad moments, faked actions, or rule-breaking. The penalty entry in your Wallet may have a note explaining what triggered it. If you think it's an error, contact support.

Q. Can I get my Penalty coins back?

Penalty coins are usually permanent — they're deducted as a consequence of violation. In rare cases of clear error, support can reverse if you can prove the penalty was wrong.
