The Store — products

Browse, pick a product, fill in your address, and Place Order.

Open the Store

  1. From the Rewards screen, tap Store in the 6-icon nav.
  2. Or scroll to the Store section on the Rewards screen and tap a product.
  3. The Store screen opens with two top tabs: Products / Gift Cards, plus a My Orders link in the top-right.

Browsing products

Products show in a vertical grid. Each product card has:

  • Product photo.
  • Product name (e.g., Currently Hoodie, Currently T-shirt).
  • Coin price (e.g., 1000).
  • MRP (cash equivalent shown for reference: MRP ₹1500).
  • StatusPlace Order (in stock) or Out of stock.

Tapping a product

Opens the product detail page with:

  • Hero photo.
  • Brand — usually Amazon Basics or Currently for own-brand items.
  • Product name.
  • Coin price (e.g., 800 COINS) with a small MRP ₹{N} reference below.
  • Select Quantity — typical 1–5.
  • About this product — full description.
  • Claim Now button (green, bottom).

Placing an order

  1. Tap Claim Now on the product detail.
  2. The address screen opens — Add Delivery Address.
  3. Fill in your address fields:
    • Flat / House No, Building, Company, Apartment.
    • Area, Street, Sector, Village.
    • Pincode / City / State / Country.
    • Type of Address — Home / Work.
  4. Tap Save & Proceed.
  5. Confirm details and tap Buy Now.
  6. Coins are deducted from your balance immediately.
  7. Your order moves to My Orders → Pending state.

Your coins are spent immediately. Once you tap Buy Now, the product cost is deducted from your coin balance. This is non-refundable in normal cases. If your order is cancelled or undeliverable, coins are refunded.

After placing an order

Track your order in Store → My Orders. The status flows: Pending → Confirmed → Shipped → Delivered. You'll get push notifications at each step.

FAQs — Store products

Q. How long does delivery take?

Most products ship within 3–5 business days and deliver in 5–10 business days from order. Times vary by city and product (some are faster).

Q. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Cancellation is possible while the order is Pending — go to My Orders → tap the order → Cancel Order. Once it's Confirmed or Shipped, it can't be cancelled.

Q. If my order is cancelled, do I get my coins back?

Yes — the full coin amount is refunded to your wallet, usually within 24 hours. You'll see a Refunded entry in your Wallet → Coins History.

Q. What if my product arrives damaged?

Contact support immediately at support@currently.club with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full coin refund.

Q. Why is the Currently Hoodie 1000 coins but says "MRP ₹1500"?

The MRP is the cash equivalent (what it would cost to buy with money — ₹1500). With coins (1000 coins = ₹100), you're effectively getting a deep discount. This is a perk for active users.

Q. Why are some products "Out of stock"?

We have limited stock for each product. Check back later — restocks happen periodically. The {N} left badge tells you how many are still available.
